Build Programme

Empowering Africa’s science and engineering ventures through funding, expert support, and strategic networks to build scalable, investor-ready startups.

Applications are now open for Cohort 4 of our funded accelerator for African deep-tech startups, running from August to November 2026. Apply by 15 June 2026 to join the programme and accelerate your path to investment readiness.

Through structured support, tailored mentorship, and expert-led masterclasses, we help founders build investor-ready cases. Startups gain exposure through Demo Day, ongoing investor meetups, and potential funding from Savant. We support market expansion through strategic partnerships and hands-on advisory, ensuring each venture is positioned to scale effectively.

Backed by Savant, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and the Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism (DEDAT), the programme empowers green economy and other deep-tech innovators to tackle complex challenges with science-based solutions.

We invest in founders beyond capital
