About Switch Energy

Switch Energy is an energy technology driven company that provides smart solutions that optimise the management of water and energy, unlocking their full potential while prioritising sustainability. Their focus is on solving complex energy management and distribution challenges through smart metering, energy trading, wheeling and smart grids.

Switch Energy Trading, a subsidiary of Switch Energy, provides the tech infrastructure that facilitates energy trading and wheeling transactions across the national grid between energy producers and consumers.

Value Proposition

Switch Energy’s unique energy management and trading platform enables an energy trading and wheeling marketplace implemented and managed by municipalities or microgrid operators, where generators and off-takers can connect and identify appropriate load and generation profiles and enter into shorter-term wheeling agreements via an established and municipally recognised wheeling and energy management platform.
